As a Jersey native, I have to say that Ventnor is one of the cleanest, most beautiful beaches you can visit. It served as the perfect end-of-summer escape and the charming Airbnb we stayed at made our trip even better. About the Property and Location

Located in the historic North Beach district of Ventnor, this woman-owned property at the Jersey Shore is an absolute a gem! Bienvenue Rentals is situated on a charming, quiet, tree-lined street with the friendliest neighbors. Although it was originally built in 1920, the property has been beautifully renovated with modern touches and amenities, yet still possesses its distinct historic charm.
Bienvenue is conveniently located just off the Atlantic City Expressway and provides easy access to downtown Atlantic City, Atlantic City International Airport, and more. For those visiting from Philly, you’ll only have to drive about an hour (roughly 60 miles) to get to Ventnor.
Restaurants, boutiques, cafes, events, and entertainment are also just steps away. Popular attractions to visit nearby include Ventnor Square Theatre, Lucy the Elephant, Absecon Lighthouse, and more. Best of all, the beach is only 2 blocks from the property!
Rooms
This charming duplex features both a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom apartment. The 3-bedroom rental includes 1 bathroom and can sleep 6 people: providing the perfect space for families or other travel groups. It truly felt like a home away from home and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The property is tastefully decorated with coastal-inspired decor that provides a serene, light, and airy atmosphere. The home gets beautiful natural light that beams through the large sunroom windows. Speaking of the sunroom, there’s a gorgeous egg chair that makes for an ideal spot for reading or relaxing.
Each room includes a Double bed, dresser, mirror, ceiling fan, lamp, nightstand, clothing storage, and air conditioner. Two of the rooms also include a TV. For added space, there’s a sofa bed located in the sunroom as well.

Amenities
At Bienvenue Rentals, amenities abound. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Firstly, the kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and utensils, as well as a coffee/tea station. Having everything we needed right there on the property was extremely convenient.
Need to wash clothes during your stay? No worries! The property also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, laundry detergent, and an iron. In each room, you’ll also find a clothes rack and hangers, and extra pillows and blankets.
The bathroom is well-equipped with toiletries and essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.
I also love that Bienvenue Rentals is ideal for both work and play. There’s a dedicated workspace in the living room, making it easy to take work calls or study (or edit photos, like me).
At the end of the day when it’s time to unwind and enjoy family time, there are board games and children’s books provided. After a long day of exploring the area, we loved gathering in the beautiful sunroom and living room. We also enjoyed having family dinners in the dining room.
With the beach being just 2 blocks away, the owner of Bienvenue has also generously provided beach essentials such as beach chairs, an umbrella, beach blankets, and snorkeling gear. The beach chairs definitely came in handy during our stay!
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, HD TVs, air conditioning, free street parking, beach tags, complimentary bike rentals, self-check-in, and keyless entry. Add-on services include luxury pop-up beach picnics and professional beach photoshoots.
I also can’t say enough great things about the customer service at Bienvenue. It was very easy to get in touch with the owner and she promptly addressed our questions.
