If you’re looking for a lovely weekend escape in the Northeast, I highly recommend Annapolis, Maryland. Annapolis is a colonial port city on the Chesapeake Bay, in Anne Arundel County. Maryland’s capital is home to historic sites, gardens, museums, entertainment, and more. It’s only about 2 hours from Philadelphia, making it a fantastic option for a weekend getaway.
When searching for accommodations in Annapolis, look no further than Graduate Annapolis. Located in the Arts District, Graduate Annapolis is the perfect home base for exploring this vibrant city. My family and I recently stayed here and loved it!
Graduate Hotels is a collection of properties in college towns across the US and UK that artfully capture the spirit and nostalgia of the collegiate experience. I’ve always admired Graduate Hotels, and as someone who loved my college experience, this hotel concept always intrigued me. The bold, vintage decor perfectly captures each destination’s local charm and culture, undoubtedly setting this brand apart from other hotel chains.
One of my favorite things about this hotel is its convenient location. Everything is at your doorstep, from cafes to restaurants, attractions, and more. Annapolis is a very walkable city and exploring the local area is seamless – there’s also a free shuttle!
