Washington DC is one of the most popular travel destinations in the U.S. From top-rated restaurants to historic attractions sites and attractions, our nation’s capital has something for every type of traveler. DC is one of my personal favorite getaways and is convenient to travel to, as it’s only 2 ½ hours from Philly. If you’re looking for a great boutique hotel in the city, I highly recommend booking the Royal Sonesta Washington DC Dupont Circle. It’s located in DC’s historic Dupont Circle and is close to popular attractions, iconic sites, restaurants, shops, and more.
Royal Sonesta Washington DC is located in the sophisticated Dupont Circle neighborhood. Within steps of the hotel, you’ll find restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques. The area also features some incredible nightlife. Honestly, this area is buzzing! From here, it’s also fairly easy to commute to other cities around the DMV area. Transit options are widely available, such as the Dupont Circle Metro Station and several bus stations.

If you’re looking for a great dining option at Royal Sonesta, the hotel’s on-site restaurant, Certo!, serves breakfast, brunch, and dinner. They also hold happy hour from Tuesday to Saturday from 4 pm to 6 pm. The menu consists of Italian-inspired fare crafted with the freshest ingredients.
Additionally, they offer a selection of handcrafted pasta, wood-fired pizzas, craft cocktails, and wines. The wood-fired pepperoni pizza and cocktails were delicious, so I’d definitely recommend ordering those!

From the incredible customer service to the fantastic amenities, I very much enjoyed my stay at Royal Sonesta Washington DC. Their spacious rooms and suites are perfect for stays with family or friends.
